These terms and conditions govern your use of the 7 News HD mobile application (referred to as “the Service”) provided by 7 News Channel. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

While 7 News Channel endeavors to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the Service or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained therein for any purpose. Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk.

1.2. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 13 years old.

1.3. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without the express written permission of 7 News Channel.

3.1. The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of 7 News Channel and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of 7 News Channel. 

4.Limitation of Liability 

4.1. In no event shall 7 News Channel, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from 

(i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; 

(ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; 

(iii) any content obtained from the Service; and
(iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

You agree to indemnify and hold 7 News Channel, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Service.
